Default Can a vanara use his feet hands to Hold weapons?

Like There monkey like humanoids they basically have two sets of hands, so would a vanara that's holding on to something with his hands use his feet to hold his quarterstaff?

Unless you can point to some text in their racial abilities that says they have more than two functional hands, I'd have to say the answer would be "No".

The best I can find is this sentence in the "Physical Description" block:

"They have long, semiprehensile tails, long fingers and toes, and large ears, but their arms, legs, and torsos are proportioned like those of humans."

But there's nothing in there about them holding anything with their tails or feet.

You can however hold your quarterstaff in your hands and hold something else with your tail. You won't get any extra attacks this way, but you could for instance hold a metamagic rod or pull out a potion or something while your hands are full.
