Atok turns to Chazz. He sees the glasses on the ground and picks them up. He fixes them with his magic and holds them out to Chazz.

Atok looks confused for a moment. Then Realization walks over to him to explain that Chazz is blind. Atok nods as Realization goes back to his corner. Atok looks at Chazz.
Oh. I see. Sorry to hear that. I'd offer to try and help but I've never tried giving someone their sight back. Too powerful magic for me right now.

It's fine. I'm a wizard. I've tried many times. It's incapable by any magic. I doubt even gods could fix them. But it's fine. I got super hearing he opens his cloak to reveal large greay and brown wings. And these.

Atok smiles even though Chazz can't see it. He looks with a teenagers amazement at the wings.
Those are so cool... I only have a Flyte Charm. But it does the same thing

If I can get into a position where I'm between him and whatever he's trying to hurt, he'll snap out of it for a while, but otherwise, I don't. So he is wanted? On what charges?

Well I didn't want to do anything with out running it by you first. He did get several demons and some guy to attack the station. I didn't see the last part because I was buried under the station.
