All we really know is that they operate out of some kind of safehouse or some such in or connected to the sewers. For members, we do know that Floyd and Drake Darrow are members.

A rat named lenny... Wirt's Leg... Ok, location of the entrance, it's in the sewers and seems to have an entrance decorated in the Evil Cult (tm) Style. It is in a corner of the sewers, most likely in the north-east (not sure, but it sounds cool). The architecture there is less well cut out than the rest of the sewers.

He then goes back to what appears to be a thick book. His eye nails almost reach the pages, and it's very odd to imagine him reading the thing. He seems completely comfortable with his cell, almost cozy.

A chunk of exploded person suddenly jumps out of Destro's pocket and crawls away.

Atok looks over at the Angel's cell.
Yeah? And who might you be?

"I could tell you that, but then I'd have to orate a tale nigh-similar in size to the contents of this book."

He pauses, shaking the book for effect.

"Needless to say, I can tell that you'd find me to be very, very unpleasant. Don't worry, most people do. Then they die."

Destro wanders over into the cellblock. He looks around for a ghost, but doesn't find one. He would if it wasn't corporeal and stuck in a block of frozen time, facing away from him, but it is. Instead he notices Revanant, and points at him. You interest me.

Atok shakes his head and rolls his eyes. Another person trying to make himself sound scary.
Whatever. All was asking for was a name and why you were put in here.

"Well then, I'll respond to both of you at once. I am the Angel of the Scale and I end original sin. Original sin, by the by, is the sin of being born into this world and existing. So naturally, I come into conflict with many. About two dozen slum dogs a week ago, I believe, but that's hardly my personal best."
