Inspire Greatness & Psychic Reformation

I would like to know what the current consensus on this combo is. Although there's no doubt any sane DM would refuse to let you gain infinite skill ranks, is it really the case by RAW? Or doesn't it work at all?

Worst case ever, you could reform and then those skill ranks from bonus hit dice would disappear after the Greatness is spent.

So even then it'll work exactly like the sane case (psy.reformation doesn't interact with Inspire Greatness), only with retarded complications.
