I think Annie started it as the former and the group turned it into the latter.

The best part about Annies monologue was the delivery. First an epic Shakespeare quote, then "whatever, I hit the unfreeze button now". I think the other players stared at her.

Actually, my favorite may be the part where they rammed all of the comedies into one scene.

Othello is clearly the high point, for me anyway. (their rendition of the classic Hamlet soliloquy reeked of "there but for the grace of God go I." for me)

    Suggestion.

Do people think it would be a good idea to put this ever expanding list into the OP? Perhaps behind spoiler bars? It'd be incredibly useful for when the 50's come out.

I suppose the surprise factor might be lost for those who see it in the list before clicking on the link. But, then again, for people who want to be surprised, they can scroll down the page slowly and click on the last 50 strip they rememeber.

Actually, I have, and they rag on the character of Hamlet and the people who play him, and that monologue and the people who quote it, far more than I ever could. Also:

I support this idea. I know I've tried looking for the list several times, starting with the first post. Putting it behind spoilers is probably a good idea though, just in case.

I'm not sure which part is better: their madcap summary of the comedies or the sheer audacity of turning Titus Andronicus into a cooking show.

    Agreed.

Also, Jim shows real love for Pete there... *sniff* That's something you'd only let a true brother do. We know, Jim, we know.

On the other hand, Jim's been trying to get Han killed since he first rolled him and he just keeps not quite succeeding.

It seems you were right. It ended poorly...at least for Sallys lemonade. And now Freddo is drunk, drunk and blind. That shoud be fun.

And in addition to being blind and drunk Han is missing a few memories. Even worse, they got caught by Jabba. This situation keeps getting better and better.

I've always been confused about this scene. I mean was Jaba there the whole time? If not, how the heck did a giant slug sneak up on Leia so quickly? And, if he was there already, how did Leia not notice him?

I recently rewatched Return of the Jedi, so I can answer this one; basically, Jabba, along with some members of his court (including Boba Fett, a disguised Lando Calrissian, and a silenced Threepio), were hiding behind a curtain situated next to where carbon-frozen Han was on display. Once Leia started trying to get Han on his feet so they could get out of there, cue the ominous laugh, Han's "I know that voice" line, and them turning around to see the curtain being drawn back to reveal Jabba et al.

    New comic.

Poor, Bubu. Having to realize that the guy you wanted to get information from doesn't have this information. I wonder how he will react when he realizes that he isn't dealing with Han Solo and he can't even regain his shapeshifting powers from the guy.

I thought he already figured out that he couldn't get his shapeshifting powers back from him (when he tried to find his splanch).
A better question is how he will react when he finds out that not only is Obi-Won dead, but that Darth has been misleading him into believing otherwise all along.
