I think there is a chance that it is possible that Luke might have a plan. Well, it can't be worse than Han's. It is possible that he is prepared for a situation like this? Could it be that he has brought a new lightsaber and only pretends to be unarmed?

He hasn't brought a new lightsaber, Pete has built him one, because Pete is awesome. Idk if Corey knows about it or not though.

I just noticed that Ben is the only player who is unlikely to mess the campaign up.

@runeghost: I think it is possible that he know’s that R2 will provide him with a weapon, but it wouldn't surprise me if he just changes gears as soon as he gets the sword.

Well, Chewie did/will get them caught by that Ewok trap on Endor... but other than that, yeah, he's pretty much the only heroic PC here who can't screw things up.

Ben has already intentionally screwed with the campaign in a big way with the Droid Factory segment, and at least twice he's manipulated the campaign to try and take control of the Peace Moon himself.

I think I Robot (the movie) is a option as well.

Let's see, Pete talked about killing all humans in Sally's campaign and now Corey comments that it didn't end well for the humans.
That makes Battlestar Galactica or a Matrix "Prequel" the most likely option. Or they did the same thing that happened in Annie's campaign and twisted the story/ combined several movies.

A Matrix prequel, I don't think. So far every mid-campaign campaign was an actual movie, not an imagined "what if".

Okay I don't have the time to go through the thread now but... really?! A) they actually designed a proper language for R2 and b) people actually figured it out?

Sally is not only right, the Sarlacc also actually digests its victims for years, keeping them as comatose zombies.. so... what#s the evolutianry advantage of such a behavior, exactly? I mean, who come sup with an animal that is designed to unnecessarily torture its prey. (Except cats, of course)

Well, I can't imagine that much prey comes by, so being able to (somehow) feed itself for years would be pretty useful.

If I interpret "Tales from Jabba's Palace" (Boba's Story) right sarlaccs (sarlacci?), or at least the Tatooine-Sarlacc, "absorb" some of the memories, of the mind of their victims. At some point they (or the one of the minds they absorb) keep their victims alive to have someone to entertain them.

Cats are a pretty good comparison.

Given that the sarlacc is sessile and very inactive, it probably doesn't need a lot of energy to begin with.

Of course, this being Star Wars, it's probably slowly converting the entire body of its prey to energy with 100% efficiency.

It's still like you trying to subsist on a single oreo for your adult life. The only exception I can think of would be if it directly converting the matter into energy somehow, which would then raise the question of how it got so large in the first place.
