That doesn't seem to be the case here- Nobody's mentioned it, and the sarlaac is already speaking and analyzing brains, something it didn't do in the movie.

Indeed, the whole point of them going to the Sarlaac in this version was for it to slice Han into thin strips, so it's certainly not meant to be too similar to the movie version.

I think I like Jabba's attitude. No cursing the heroes for messing up his plans, no cursing his incompetent mooks, no escape attempts, he just leans back and enjoys the show.

Corey's/Luke's solution to the damaged model is great too. Just damage the ingame version as well. That the GM responds as Jabba makes it even better.

I say it is quite in character for this Jabba, he just wanted a good show and this is quite a good show he gets to see the only Existing Jedi Cheddar Knight in action, a show nobody has seen in 20 years at least.

It appears to be completely serious, and is fairly good advice. The thing with sarcasm is that you never can be 100% certain whether it's there or not, though.

Actually, looking back through the archive, it seems like it is a flashback in a flashback (The current page flashes back to the page linked above, which is in turn a flashback to events in The Phantasmal Malevolence and The Silence of the Clones.
