    That's some impressive architecture!

Also as someone with a large beard, I can attest to the problem of a mess when feeding. Though my problems tend to be more with yogurt or soup than blood...

EDIT: Only on reading a second time did I notice the winter clothes. I like Elan's hood, but Roy's hat and scarf are especially adorable.

Only this morning? Wow, I suppose Rome really could be built in a day in this world.

Also, Veldrina is hilarious and I love the winter outfits as well.

EDIT: Anybody else also notice the little detail with the breath? Durkon doesn't have any steam when he speaks, because he's undead now.

What's the use of having powerful magic without building great temples in one morning?...

There are few feelings better than a new comic coming out while you're browsing the forums.

Also, Veldrina is amazing. As usual. It's kind of a shame she's a cameo, I want her upgraded to PC

I like Exemplary, nice and smooth. I really like Veldrina (or V2 as they could be called).

So what do you think they used to make the Temple? Stone shape sounds good until you read the details and realize any complex details would be "crude". Maybe the used summoned monsters to do the construction? I suppose Miracle could do the job, but that seems like a lot of resources to burn on a temporary structure.
    Thoughts?

Portable temple gifted by the gods?
The ways of man and hound are not enough. I come to you, spirits of the old forest, I who build fences, I who came with fire and steel to drive you away. I come to you because fear has made my arms weak. I ask you for unforgiving rage to make them strong again.

Kill the hound in my heart, and grow strong from the meat on its bones. In its place, give me the wolf.

So big magic mojo built that.. and we know their will be a few high level clerics here to say the least. So I still don't get how 1 badass vampire cleric is going to beat a large number of good clerics. I mean "heal"+"heal" should just about do him in right?

That's an impressive-looking temple. One deserving of better words than "impressive", really, but I'll leave that to Veldrina.

But, man, I am not going to be able to take Roy seriously in that little winter hat he's wearing.

Indeed, that's an important clue. Also shows Hel's plan may have been conceived a long time ago, and she's just now taking the opportunity presented by Durkula to enact it.

So... what do you suppose are the chances this thing will be spectacularly destroyed (and not just because it's intended to be temporary)?

And will it be because that's what Hel intends, or a consequence of the fight?

Huh. I had just assumed the Godsmoot was once a year. I didn't even realize until now, when people are saying "Ah, so the Godsmoot is a regular thing!", that they never actually said that anywhere.

On the subject of the Temple's construction, it's worth noting that it doesn't appear to built on the mount, but INTO it. As in they carved it out of the existing rock. (Note the intact peak at the very top of the temple.) I wonder if they intend to restore it to its previous condition once the Moot is over, if they'll collapse it, or just abandon it.
