Wal-mart doesn't tend to have an international section, unfortunately. I've generally found that the classier the grocery store, the more likely you are to find weird stuff. I have to go to three different ones to find everything I need - Randall's has Pocky, H.E.B. has Robinson's Barley Water, and Kroger has HobNobs.

Wal-mart is the place I go when I don't need any of those as it's the only one open at 3 AM.
