A Striker and a Leader.
Highlights:
- An Encounter Nova turn that shifts 2 allies their speed (and you too!), targets an enemy with +Dex vulnerability until the End of your Next Turn and grants the two allies +6 to damage without spending an Action Point at level 11.
- Crit-granting abilities twice an encounter at level 13.
- Several buffs, including granting +Wis against your main target every encounter, +1/+2/+3 damage for being adjacent to the same enemy as you, increasing to +3/+6/+9 if he's granting CA to you and you and your ally are adjacent.
- Plenty of non-Standard attacks, which are pretty important for a Striker.
- A massive Nova that involves several critical hits.
- Incredibly item-light. He needs exactly one Level 9 Boot and one Level 9 Holy Symbol to fully pull off his potential.
- Consistent DPR for a Striker.
