Rolemaster character rules question - Power Points
Hello, everyone!
I've been lurking on the site for some time, and running into an odd question gave me the motivation to register and start posting... Thereby to draw from the pool of gaming knowledge here.
I've recently re-discovered my love of the Rolemaster system--so in the process of making a Middle-Earth RM character, the question came up as to whether a character casts "Other-Realm" spells with one Power Point pool, or must they keep realm-specific Power Point pools?
I haven't run across anything yet (in the RMSS book or Spell Law) saying that separate pools are required, but I have come across phrases such as "Mentalism PPs", hinting that they may be counted separately?
Also, my character is a single-Realm class (Magician) who picked up a rank or two of an open Mentalism list during adolescence development, so he's not 'normally' a hybrid.
Thank you all for your help!

Re: Rolemaster character rules question - Power Points
While there apparantly are different types of powerpoints, you just use the type you have, according to this faq

Re: Rolemaster character rules question - Power Points
Thank you very much!
I suppose the realm-specific part just pertains to bonus PPs from magic items, etc..

Re: Rolemaster character rules question - Power Points
I was under the impression that you'd maintain separate power pool points if you were a hybrid, but I know MERP better than pure RM.
