    Now I've found that when there a storm or you have to shut you comp off and you have a big game open WoW LOTR online PoP whatever and you close it up. It like Mr. freeze with a cold! So you cast Power Words shut off computer thus you don't have to wait. Also what schools should both of them be in?

    Well, until you get around to giving the actual effect of Procrastination (which I am certain you will... one of these days), I can't really say but it would probably be Enchantment....
    The other one would be Enchantment, except that it is a construct, so it would probably have to be Abjuration.
    Your formating needs work, I doubt they both have all those components... Power Words should only have a verbal component.
