    Default Spontaneous Druid?

Insofar as the Sorcerer is a spontaneous Wizard, and the Oracle is a spontaneous Cleric, is there a spontaneous Druid? My guess is that it's some kind of Oracle archetype or something, but I could be entirely off.

Not aware of an archetype for the oracle, though it's possible they've slipped one in since I haven't checked for a bit. Easy house rule lets nature-y oracle choose if they want the cleric or Druid list.

Not really. The closest is probably the Hunter, but he only goes up to 6ths.

Yeah, the Hunter would be the closest, and it's a fantastic class, but there's no official spontaneous Druid.

If your willing to delve back into 3.5 there are rules for converting a prepared divine caster into a spontaneous one.

3.5 also had the Spirit Shaman, a pseudo-spontaneous caster who used the Druid spell list. I say 'pseudo-' because it selected a different limited pool of spells each day to spontaneously cast from.

3.5 unearthed arcana has ruled for spell point (mana) druids, spontaneous druids and recharge magic druids. All similar to what you are needing. I also think 3.5 spirit shaman is my favorite casting method. You have spells known like a sorceror but you can change it daily drawing from the full druid list it was never used much in 3.5 because Druids get animal companions, spontaneous summons and wild shape and were extremely op.

It wouldn't be unreasonable to port any of those casting method variants directly into PF.

How's about a nature oracle with the druid VMC? Probably getting pretty close.
