Re: The Wall VII
PROPAGANDA! DO NOT LISTEN! I WON'T BE SEDUCED ANYMORE! AAAAAAH!
The voices... they sound like foxes, mocking me! That's why I blow up dens. Soon, I'll find your base, and rid the nexus of you!
Now. Birds... birds are calming. Like penguins. Or parrots. Even seals, too. Vultures. Why can't foxes be more like vultures?!

Re: The Wall VII
I don't even know what authorities they were talking about to be honest, that could mean any authorities. The Riversiders, whoever thinks they're the rightful ruler of Skyside this week, Chimera, delusional Vigil people who think they are the boss of me (ell oh ell, that one)...
I did forward it along, but I doubt it'll come to anything.
Now, back to trying to ****post the wall to death. I had a bet going with one of the engineers that I couldn't kill it for over a month again.Avatar by Ashen Lilies.

Re: The Wall VII
First, you must find someone who is unaffected by it.
Second, that person must have a way to deal with it, eg. be someone with the ability to create unstable, shifting extradimensional rifts that will, based on my best projections, shift in the middle of objects entering them, causing the objects to be shredded and dispersed across time and space, in far too many heavily irradiated pieces to ever be a threat again. As an added bonus, if anything comes out of it (like if it's a possessed weapon), it'll likely be caught in the same rift.Avatar by Ashen Lilies.

Re: The Wall VII
All of those things you mentioned. Looking at it affects the mind, and the body. Pulling out the resulting corruption can be fatal.

Re: The Wall VII
Use a droid or drone to move it into an opaque, preferably shielded and warded container, then deliver it to whoever you believe willing and able to destroy it.
However, you must also bear in mind what destroying it could do. A possessed weapon, for example, would release its prisoner, and the means of destruction may or may not work on it. Use all the information you can to come to an educated conclusion.
In this case, it is safer to lock it in a secure vault and make sure the world never sees it again. Emphasis on secure. If the organization in question lets just anyone near it, the vault is not secure, especially in the case of a corrupting artifact.Avatar by Ashen Lilies.

Re: The Wall VII
I have it from a good source that the best way to destroy a corrupting artifact is to have someone bite off your finger before said person jumps into a volcano.
Maybe we could try this Mars Mountain that just reopened? But who will have their finger bitten off?Favorite sports:

Sounds like a way to destroy the One Ring if it got stuck to your finger.

Re: The Wall VII
That sounds even more complicated! How about just throwing it into a bottomless pit or sealing it in a void dimension?
... What?
And... there are publicly-available volcanoes? Wickeddd!
Wait, backwards-speech? For real? Grr... You're real lucky I have enhanced sight.
This is no D20 artefact. It's the type that causes madness and tentacles growing out of your face.
That I can agree on. You've read too much novels. Also, president of what?

Re: The Wall VII
Leaving such an artifact unguarded is unwise, anyway. Either you keep it well-guarded or you destroy it outright. Anything less is unacceptable.
