I, um, I don't really know what to say about this one. I'll probably be using it in a game just to confuse players.

    Level Adjustment:-

A patchwork cloud of shifting shades of blue floats towards you, an uncoordinated mess of hazy ultramarine, sharp deep sky blue, dull cobalt, shimmering cyan, and other, less recognizable colors. It exudes a feeling of melancholy, putting a damper on your fear and anger and turning your thoughts to sorrowful memories.

A blue golem is, very literally, a construct composed of the very essence of shades of blue. It appears as an amorphous cloud of pure color, cobbled together from a mismatched variety of shades. The shades grow brighter in color as the creature gets riled up, and become softer and more pleasant while the creature is at peace.

    Combat

The blue golem usually begins combat with its Sobering Breath ability, and then uses its incorporeal touch attack to target any creature that resisted the initial effect. The blue golem will not attack any creature that does not appear actively hostile towards it, and once it has taken care of all opposition (either by calming them or killing them), it will continue floating about peacefully.

Crushing Despair (Sp): When the creature successfully strikes a target with its incorporeal touch attack, the target must succeed on a Will Save (DC15) or be affected as though by a Crushing Despair spell cast by a 6th-level caster. The save DC is Wisdom-based.

Sobering Breath (Su): As a Standard action, the golem can breathe out swirling shades of calming blue in a 30-foot cone. Any creature within the cone must make a Will Save (DC15) or be affected by a Calm Emotions spell, which lasts for 5 rounds. Once used, it cannot use this ability again for 1d6 rounds. The save DC is Wisdom-based.

Immunity to Magic (Ex): A blue golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance. In addition, certain spells and effect function differently against the creature, as noted below.

A Crushing Despair spell grants the golem the effects of the Haste spell for 5 rounds.

Passing through the blue portion of any Prismatic spell heals the golem a number of hit points equal to [5 x the spellís level]. Passing through any other color stuns the creature automatically, even though as a construct it would normally be immune to stunning.

A Color Spray spell stuns the creature as normal, even though as a construct it would normally be immune to stunning.

Casting Invisibility on the golem suppresses its existence until the spell ends. The golem can take no actions and effectively does not exist until it is visible again.
