Yes, touch attacks are considered armed melee attacks and can also be used for making a Coup de Grace.

No. As mentioned on page 38 of ToB, a martial adept cannot choose to leave a readied maneuver slot unfilled.FeytouchedBanana eldritch disciple avatar by...me!

The answer's in the FAQ:Could a crusader (Tome of Battle, page 8) choose to learn or ready fewer maneuvers than he or she would be entitled to?
No. You must learn and ready the full number of maneuvers entitled to you by your level. Otherwise, you’d be able to cycle through your favorites faster, which defeats the purpose of the crusader’s unique recharge mechanic.

A449Aside It may be worthy of note to state that martial adept PrCs that grant extra readied maneuvers grant an equal number of granted maneuvers for crusaders.

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
Q. 450
A level 1 character is using a Rapier on one hand, and a dagger on the off-hand. He has the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, thus making his penalties to be -2/-2. This character has a tottal attack bonus of +5, and his weapons are not masterwork.
When he attacks with both weapons:
Can he make two attacks (one with each weapon) on the same round ?
If so, the attack roll would be 3(rapier)/3(dagger) or 3(rapier)/-2(dagger) ?Last edited by XiaoTie; 2007-08-11 at 08:50 PM.

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
A450 On any instance in which he could make a full attack, he would make two attacks, at Rapier +3/Dagger +3.
In any instance in which he only got an attack action (such as on a charge or after a full move action), he would get one attack at Rapier +5 (+7 if charging).Wiki - Q&A - FB - LIn - Tw

Q. 451
A character is using a Rapier on one hand, a Dagger on his off-hand. He has the two-weapon fighting feat, thus making his penalties -2/-2. This character has a total attack bonus of +9/+6, and his weapons are not masterwork.
This character would be making a 7(rapier)/7(dagger) attack, and would be able to make a second bonus attack on the very same round, with a roll of 4/4, correct ?Spoiler

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
A451 Not without Improved Two Weapon Fighting. With just the TWF feat, the character would make full-attacks at Rapier +7/Dagger +7/Rapier +2. With Improved TWF, the character would make full-attacks at Rapier +7/Dagger +7/Rapier +2/Dagger +2.

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
Q 452
Is there any expanded or simplified rules for using an Awakened animal as a character, other than just what's in the Awaken spell description? Specifically, things like what an animal's ECL and LA should be, and what class restrictions might be applied due to a lack of manipulative digits.
P.S. I am aware of the Anthropomorphic rules in Savage Species, but I'm talking specifically about (physically) unmodified animals. My winning competition entries: Kinvig Arrumskor | The Great Pumpkinhead | Wynfrith d'Acker

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
A452 There are no hard-and-fast rules, but usually awakened animals are good enough to warrant a +1 LA.

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
He could also opt to attack with the dagger, also at +5 (+7 if charging). This comes into play, for instance, when your weapons can overcome different DR types. If you were fighting something with DR X/Slashing (such as a zombie), you'd likely prefer to use the dagger, since it would bypass DR.

This is an excellent question.
An Acid Arrow creates an arrow (it is not a ray spell), so strictly speaking it would be deflected by the Wind Wall, since no exception is mentioned for magical arrows or arrows created by spells.

I heard of a feat for ranger that allow you to have an animal companion at lvl 1. If that feat really exist, can someone tell me where i can find it?

The Three-section Staff also appeared in Sword & Fist and Oriental Adventures IIRC. I am not aware of any newer appearance, so I am afraid the answer to your question is yes.

I do not think it exists. Natural Bond from Complete Adventurer is the feat that comes closest.
Natural Bond allows you to add 3 to your effective Druid level with respect to the animal companion, but your effective level can be no higher than your character level and the prerequisite is an animal companion.
Unearthed Arcane has a variant Prestige Ranger that grants an animal companion at the first level, but it has a number of entry requirements.

Re: Simple Q&A (By RAW) III
Q456
Can a character with the Evil subtype be neutral instead of evil?
Q457
And If so, when it comes to PrC prerequisites, does the Evil Subtype or its neutral alignment have a higher importance when determining whether they can take a class? (Like a nuetral character with the Evil Subtype taking an Evil only PrC)
Q458
And how does it effect magical items that can only be used by evil?
Thanks again.

A458: The evil subtype is just as good as an evil alignment for evil-only items. It would also appear that good-only items would also treat you as evil.
Overall it would appear that with the evil subtype, you'd be both Evil and whatever your actual alignment is, at the same time.

Masterwork ammunition costs the base price plus 300 gp per 50 shots, or 6 extra gp per individual arrow, bolt, or sling bullet.Like 4X (aka Civilization-like) gaming? Know programming? Interested in game development? Take a look.

Q 461
If a spell has an alignment descriptor, (such as [evil]) what does that mean for characters who are not clerics (for example, what would it mean for a nonevil bard using, say, Eyebite) and is use of the spell an evil act?Awesome Avatar by Shattersnap.

A single Bite of the Eye is not going to turn you EVIL, but it is an evil act nonetheless.
How it is handled is determined by the DM, since the alignment mechanics are fairly loose, but unless you are running an Exalted game I would recommend a high degree of leniency if the character is not otherwise borderline EVIL.
