    Default [PRC] Weeping Fist.

This Prestige Class was designed for the Tears of Blood Homebrew, so some of this might be unfamiliar to you. I'm posting this here as well to see if you guys can spot any glaring balance issues that I might have overlooked. (There is probably one that's really really glaring but I'm kinda tired...)

A Weeping Fist must announce that he is using this ability before making his attack roll. Constructs, Oozes, Plants, Giants and Undead cannot be affected. When the Weeping Fist strikes the target, the target must make a Fortitude Saving Throw (DC 10 + ½ the Weeping Fist’s Character Level + The Weeping Fist’s Wisdom Modifier.) Is Touch of Fatigue a 1/day ability of any Plagued touched? Or do they get that at first level and you didn't mention?
