A young woman in a red raincoat walks over to the Entrance hall.

Oh, hi! Wow, I didn't expect so many people. She smiles around a bit awkwardly

Entrance Hall

In response to the young woman in the red raincoat,

"Yeah, this is definitely going to be a huge party! But what's the occasion?"

A man in a raincoat and hat silently searches for clues on the yard and backyard

Backyard

The backyard, like the front is overgrown with weeds and the paths are cracked. But there is a structure in the back that is not in the front of the manor. It seems more recent than the rest of the buildings, the last work done in the manor grounds. The construction of the family crypt, which is locked up tight, though with a unique lock, more a puzzle really.

(Since people asked about teams, I will lay down some more rules.

Teams: Teams will be no more than four people. When you form a team, which must be agreed to by all members, notify the thread with names of the people)

Indigo rolls her eyes at the kid making puppy dog eyes at everyone and wanders over to the backyard to see if that guy went back there found anything. When she sees the crypt she says, "Huh. Guess I shouldn't be surprised."

Shrugging, Vytautas heads up the stairs and opens the doors at the top of the landing.

Landing Stairs

The door at the top of the stairs opens onto a hallway that ends in what was once a stained glass window now shattered. There are other hallways opening on this one and three doors, but one of them has been boarded up.

Ms. Plum points the camera at everyone as they introduce themselves, some not getting much camera time at all. "Slow down. Let's not all talk at once, okay."

She then approaches the youngish girl who calls herself Lilliana.

A youngish girl in a white dress sits on the steps on the Manor Doors. She stands up brightly when she sees others arriving.

"Ooh, ooh, other visitors! Are you all here for the treasure? I hear it's haunted inside. And that there's a monster in the attic. And another in the cellar. I'm not sure if there even is a cellar." She giggles. "Anyway, it's nice to meet you all! I'm Liliana. It's real spooky in there. Will someone help me?" She looks up with deep, soulful eyes at the people congregated around the door.

"Sure. Well, maybe. What is it you need help with?" she asks the girl, still using the camera to view people with. "Do you really believe there are monsters in here? Or are you just trying to frighten us?"

The man walks over to where Liliana is seated.

A young man in somewhat travel-worn clothes comes around to the Backyard.

The man in the Black raincoat and hat gives a nod of acknowledgement to the newcomer.
"Can you make out anything from this lock?

"That they probably didn't want anyone poking about in their bones? I dunno, let's have a look." Indigo replies to... whoever and tasks a swig from her flask of "water" before peering down at the lock.

((Was that green for "let's form a team!" or just green text color? Is the lock a thing we can explore? I thought that was only for locations.))

Entrance Hall

In response to the young woman in the red raincoat,

"Yeah, this is definitely going to be a huge party! But what's the occasion?"

Anna gives Vytautas a rather confused look. I... guess we're exploring? If he hasn't heard of the treasure, she's not going to tell him.
She will join him at the top of the landing, and take a closer look at the boarded door.

(green text with people's names means that you are making a team. But since someone is using text for speech, let's make it like this for making teams. And the blue search is for a room/area not a localized part. For such cases, you will get the results at the end of the day.)

The boarded up door is a door with boards over it, there doesn't appears to be a reason why this door had this treatment.

The crypt lock is a number of ringed shapes with places for an object to be placed within them.

Vytautas walks over to the broken stained glass window and looks outside.

"This place looks like no one has ever lived here. What could have made these people leave?"

(Time. Normally day is 48 hours, night 24, but with the upcoming holidays that is going to be thrown off a bit.)

"Oh, I don't know if there are monsters. That's just what people say. I don't like the house very much though. It's icky and dark inside. But there's supposed to be treasure. And my daddy was in there, too, but I think he might have gotten lost. Maybe a monster found him. Can you help me find my daddy? And maybe the treasure? The treasure is probably real shiny, and daddy was real unhappy when he couldn't find it... maybe if I find the treasure, he'll be happy again! And we can play pretend and not have to worry about the icky house and the treasure anymore..."

I'm going to explore the ivy covered walls.

A balding, middle-aged man makes note of the other visitors, and looks for a potential escape route, should he find the treasure and need a hasty getaway from would-be thieves.

Searching for the kitchen, Sebastian picks one of the doors off the entrance hall at random and heads through as more and more "guests" file into the entrance hall behind him. Damn. Of course there were others after the treasure. Well alright, he'd just have to be a little adaptable then.

Heading through the Manor Doors and into the Entrance Hall, a middle aged man dressed in a dark trench coat hurries up the steps. Dark hair is strewn across his forehead. "Rather late, am I not?" Then, showing no signs of friendliness, attempts to open the leftmost ground door.

Emmer walks into the mansion separate from the others. He searches for a kitchen of some sort, opening to unopened doors and looking in opened doors one by one.

Ms. Plum waits a moment of Lillianne to answer, then zooms out and pans to where the wiry man with very unkempt black hair is standing. "You may address me as Ms. Plum. And may we have the honor of your name, sir?"

Vytautas goes around and opens the other doors at the top of the Landing, looking for anything of interest.

"We're bound to find something cool eventually, right Anna?"

There is a night phase. A focus on the thing should be during the day phrase. I'll explain more about the night phase later. Given events of today I am expanding the current phase, which will end tomorrow.

"Yay! Yay yay yay! Thankyouthankyouthankyoubothsomuch!" Liliana pants for a moment and looks between the two. "I remember him going into the house one day, but I don't know where. He got lost. I think h went downstairs. Or maybe upstairs. I don't know." She chews her lips and tears well up slightly in her eyes. Then she brightens suddenly. "But now that you're here, we'll find him just like that! Right?"

"Pleased to meet you, Conrad." Ms. Plum says, turning her camera toward the upstairs. "Still Ms. Plum. Perhaps we can look up there for the treasure. Maybe it's in the attic."

"I think that might be right. I don't remember much, sorry."
