Neither do I, and I don't see a problem with that. Every person I know who loves them always says that it's probably a good idea when they offer me one and I decline.

I don't know about heart attacks, but I have a friend who had a heart murmur from energy drinks. Was a bit of a scare for him until the follow-up appointment where it wasn't there and they realized what the problem was.

Yeah, he's fine now. He does have to be careful about any kind of stimulants, including caffeine, but he hasn't had any more problems.

I absolutely love the Star Wars prequels. I also hated The Force Awakens. I guess I just don't have Nostalgia Goggles for the original trilogy.

I have a problem with as I call it "Habitual Love". I like/love people or things becuase yesterday I like/loved them. It becomes a habit. I guess it also provides a constant in my ever-changing world.

I am willing to risk my own safety and well-being paddling dangerous rapids but unwilling to risk the embarrassment of rejection.

Maybe you misunderstand me. Or I misunderstand you. I intentionally break things I've built, and I make them either really able to take abuse, pleasant to look at, or both. And I succeed. Then I pummel, kick, and/or rend the objects. Because I love destroying things, but I'm not usually callous enough to destroy others' stuff.

Well, about as true as "coffee causes heart attacks" or "Coca-Cola causes heart attacks" (it's mostly the caffeine) - probably not the primary cause in any case but people with severe heart issues would do well to be careful with how much they take at any given time.

I have a mortal terror of plesiosaurs. Yes, I know that they're extinct, but some crazy part of muh thinkin' brains suspects that it's all an elaborate ruse to lull me into a false sense of security. Once I've lowered my guard, they can strike, with their long necks and tiny heads and stupid flippers.
