Correct subforum for come up with 101 items/spells/etc threads

If I wanted to start a thread where the participants would collectively try to come up with 101 ideas for, say, cheap magic items, or new spells, or something like that - and assuming the rules of the thread stipulated that these be fully or at least mostly statted out - what subforum would I post that in? Homebrew? 3e/3.5? RPGs? Message-board Games?

What about something like 1001 wilderness encounters? Where would something like that go?

Sheriff: If you intend actual discussion between posters, then put it in the general Roleplaying Games section or, if you intend the ideas to be specific to a certain system, put it in the subforum for that system.

But if it's just intended to (or becomes) a list of things with no real discussion, put that in the Message Board Games section.
