Re: Hearthstone Arena 4: Practise Makes Perfect

Got the Partner, cause I think I really need another 2-drop to be played on turn two. Though, from now on, things will certainly favor 3-drops more, for curve reasons.

Re: Hearthstone Arena 4: Practise Makes Perfect
The bolding is messed up in the spoiler, but if I'm looking at it right, reaper #2 would be two reapers, two death's bite, and one fiery war axe. That is the perfect number of weapons to draft an extremely aggressive aggro warrior. The deck is already really heavy on two drops as well.
So what we have here is a rare opportunity to draft a complete strategy rather than a pile of above average cards.
My priority for an aggro warrior after the reaper would be damage spells that can hit face and charge minions, followed by cheap efficient things and then expensive slow cards like ogre below that.
Edit: the strategy, by the by, is to use every card you draw to hit face as fast as possible, relying on the fact that weapons are really efficient damage per mana and your draws will be pretty consistent with 5 weapons. You can hit enemy minions in early turns if it means your own minions live an extra turn and get to go face, but after turn 4-5 this becomes unreliable so you just want to do damage to them as fast as possible at that point.

Re: Hearthstone Arena 4: Practise Makes Perfect
Blackwing Tech is at least a mediocre 3-drop instead of a poor 1-drop. You might even get the situation where you can play it with your Faerie Dragon in hand.

I´m gonna vote for clockwork gnome, spare parts can be pretty solid and I don´t think a mediocre 3-drop is that good.

I vote for clockwork gnome and..
Well my first instinct was Ogre, but I see the Aggro Warrior theme thing.
So yeah, go ahead and pick the weapon, hope your next picks let you finish that archetype, and play the deck accordinglyOriginally Posted by actual quote from this forum
