Default Should I Report Someone For Frequent Disruptions?

On the 5E boards, there's a person who is frequently butting in and belittling 5th edition. No single post of his is really worth reporting over, but on the whole, it's a general trend of being intentionally disruptive. I don't know if that's really against forum rules, so should I report one of his posts, or should I just let it be?

    Thank you for answering.

You should. I recommend you compile a list of, say, 5 of their posts, then report the last one and say what you said in your post, and add the links to the others so the mods can see the pattern. Then they can decide whether he is trolling or just opinionated.

    That seems reasonable.
