Tested it and this is not the case, sadly. Just a normal crit at x3 damage.

I love how Uther's heavy lance's Skill stat bonus(?) is giving him a negative crit chance and a massive reduction in accuracy (66 to hit. Even the brigands at the beginning of FE6 laugh at that to hit rate. ) If my math is right, his skill is currently a -29. And, before you ask, the game just treats a negative crit chance as if it were 0. I wonder if the other items in Uther's inventory give broken stats as well or if they give the uber spear stats, like Nergal's tome and Zephiel's sword do (and a few others?).

Every time I look at this picture, I can't help cracking up. This big, intimidating, scarred general bitterly staring down a dopey eyed ten year old girl (who doesn't even seem to realize what is going on) like she brutally killed his family.

The caption below just sells it even harder, as it implies that he's the one that should be scared in this confrontation. Devoid of context, it's ridiculous and downright hilarious. And with context, it's even more ridiculous, for all of the reasons Mig did not intend.

Nah. It probably just covers for additional luck.

Well... maybe if her tactican had been less competent things would look different.
But, putting her other actions aside for a moment, burning down the town (or quarter) responsible for the murder of her girlfriend and a member of her palace-guard is almost reasonable all things considered.
I would have expected her to overreact (more) to something like this.

And Hector looks surprisingly good for a hundred year old man who was poisoned for months.
Maybe Uther (or one of his minions) confused the bottle with the poison of slow agonizing death with the one that contained the water of life.
