Huh, I always figured the biography as portrayed by the comic was unauthorized. But if Kaja received Agatha's permission to create this given all that it includes it makes you wonder what if anything was vetoed for inclusion.

Perhaps that's a "tell" - the Foglio's are letting us know Agatha is not willing and / or able to veto anything by the end of the adventure arc. Dead? Exalted Queen of Time and Space unconcerned with the opinions of mortals? Or ... even ... The Heterodyne of Mechanicsburg, truly above it all?

In the sticks, she found the power of the shared Heterodyne stories as a culture spanning even warring communities. In Paris, the combination of Heterodyne stories and commercialism are unstoppable. If she wears the slave girl outfit to the party, well, that is to be expected but in the stories it will be smaller, and even more revealing. If she wore a mumu, there would be a slave girl outfit and a lover concealed by it. This is a fight just not worth having.

Well its a different field of specialty. Smoke knights are all about sneaky fun back stabby times and poison, so seeing someone able to snap kick a robot apart without even a pretension of subtlety would be pretty impressive to them. Especially from a human. I mean seeing a jeager tear a robot apart is meh, you expect that sort of thing. But a barefoot human? Not so much.

I would have thought the Heterodyne Ham was related to their bombastic and over-the-top personalities. I suppose that when you chew as much scenery as the average Heterodyne, all those extra calories have to end up somewhere.
