"I'd say I would find out more, but the dragon graveyard in the sea of storms will be my priority right now." Ambrosia replies. "I would disagree with you though. There is nothing suggesting that these demons would encourage the summoning and controlling of them. Quite the opposite actually. I'm not going to argue the point however." Wenomir had a lot of strange pride.

"Advance humans? Sounds like they might be from the continent then and I wouldn't know anything about that." She gestures at the empty line to the "explorer" position. "Why don't you have a seat? Someone will attend to you in a moment."

She then goes to talk to some of the others in the waiting room.
They are getting quite a few stares from the people here who are all gnolls.

"Just because they don't like it doesn't mean it's a good idea, or not likely to blow up in everyone's faces," Wenomir says. "But that's not very important now. I have to inform Spako and Felandria about what needs to be done."

"Very well, just tell them to be careful and make sure to inform me about the results of their expedition. I will be around VIGIL meanwhile." Ambrosia replies. She then bows. "But until then, I expect it is a farewell."

Titania gives a small nod and will go sit on the floor of the waiting room without paying any real attention to the stares. She shuts down most of her processes and "dozes" while they wait. She'll be easily awakened when they are called or interrupted though.

Will gives a small mechanized wave to those staring and sits down next to TTN.

Eventually, another gnoll wearing a blue suit comes and sit down behind the counter. "Alright, people I am Miss Roughtoothand I'm going to help you through this process... have you signed the forms?" She gestures at the pile that their previous guide indicated.

Will frowns but begins filling out paperwork. "Yeah, we just got into town. We were going to find a hotel but we found your office first." he explains.

Miss Roughtooth clarifies as she accepts Will's paperwork and looks at it. "This looks fine though." Then she pauses. "I recognize this number, is this a Gale Spire address?" Gale spire is the ethereal capital, and their only city in seaside besides a few research stations.

"Very well. I am going to simply write down my initials and callsign as the full serial number would be too long." TTN explains as she begins filling out the paperwork.

The Marital Status had given TTN pause, but she had figured that it was probably more appropriate to be too honest than not enough. Simplifying her capabilities for the Training and Education section had also been moderately difficult, but she figured what she listed was enough for now.

Will would make some comments about TTN's answer being cute if he glanced over. Alas, he does not.
"Yeah, I lived in the Spire for a while. Sponsored by one of the Ethereals as a 'project' or something like that. Why, is that important?" he asks.

The gnoll takes the forms and looks over them. "Ethereal technology is highly valued around here, do you have any experience in using it by any chance? Since you could put that on the form. It is technically illegal to use their technology without a permit but that can still be a very useful skill." She gestures at his form. "Also, add the reason why you spent time in Galespire, there are very few that actually get to enter the actual city so some might even pay you to tell them what you've seen in there."
She turns to TTN. "Do you know what the Dinochrome Brigade' is?"

"The Dinochrome Brigade is my Regiment, ma'am. Considering I have been unable to achieve communication with them or find any sign of their existence at this time, I assume that they are either out of contact or all dead. So it falls upon me to hold up the honor of The Regiment, ma'am." TTN explains. She sounds thoroughly adamant about that, with her tone turning far more serious and almost...knightly when speaking of The Dinochrome Brigade.

Will, cornered and unable to get out of it, adds to the sheet “mildly experienced in basic Ethereal technology such as appliances, communications, and other necessities of living in their facility.

Spent one year in Galespire for art project/entertainment of residents.”

The gnoll nods and puts the two forms in a tray behind her. "Alright, that should be everything then. While it will take some time to review this, I'm pretty sure we have more than one position for you so I am wonder what you are most interested in working with in the explorers field. Our units tend to be highly specialized. More about that once we've completely reviewed your files of course."

"What sorts of positions are there? I am mostly a combat unit with some specialization in engineering, but unfortunately we don't know all that much about what you do or where our talents can be best put to use." TTN asks. She doesn't say it, but she does hope that William gets placed somewhere safe even if it meant she was used for little more than moving cargo.

”I’ll be doing support. Supporting TTN if I can. I’ve done labor and I can do it again. But I don’t know what my options are either.” Will says. He feels like he has a debt to Titania for dedicating herself to him.

"There is the captain, sailor, support, field provisioner, combat specialist, field researcher... but in the field, these positions aren't always so strict. They're just guidelines." The gnoll replies. "What I really asked was what you consider yourself good at and want to be doing here. I'll fix you up with something according to that."

[A Generic Beach Somewhere]
Krur, an orc wearing white and purple power armor, enters. His helmet is off, revealing his black hair, styled in a simple crew cut. He walks along the beach, waiting for something to happen.

Eventually, he comes across a river and follows it's course toward the Hunting Grounds.

"Considering the purpose of my construction, I would presume combat specialist although I can certainly carry more than my fair share of field provisions and even do basic repairing provided it is technologically based." TTN explains. "Even though the thought of being a sailor appeals to me, it is not something that is predominant in my programming."

"Uh, yeah, I'd rather be doing support. Just because I have a gun for a hand doesn't mean I've got actual combat training." Will admits, caught a bit off guard by this whole situation. He used to be so smooth in interviews, but that's what happens when you're kept in comfort for a year.

The gnoll nods. "Alright, that should be all then. We'll be in touch, I wouldn't go anywhere though. There is a expedition tomorrow and you might just get invited to it. I would just take into a hotel, or just stay with some relative for the night."

"If there is a cheap inn nearby that you could point us to, we would appreciate it. We can await word there, though we will not be able to tarry long for we do not have much in the way of funds." TTN explains.

Will nods.
"I've got a chunk of savings and we can start pawning stuff if necessary but it would probably be best if we just stayed somewhere cheap for a day or two." he agrees.

"Around here? Plenty, but there is one that might be the right fit for you guys as we got a agreement with them." She takes out a pen and and paper and writes down an address.

"Tammy & Bills Live and Repair. They're located near the docks too, where we are going to meet tomorrow, so I suggest that you check it out."

"Very well, thank you." Titania says, offering her oversized hand to shake once she retrieves the address. "We will see each other again soon." She promises before heading out. She'll take Will's hand if he'll let her and then prop him up upon her shoulder to keep him out of the way of the crowds so they can make their way down to the recommended lodging without issue. With luck the place would be large enough for her, but if not she had no real issue with waiting outside while Will slept in a bed. She didn't really sleep anyway so she'd just be staring at a wall all night no matter where she was.

Will nods, giving the gnoll a small bow.
"Yeah, thanks. We'll do that." He's more than happy to follow TTN out, even if he feels like he's being babied a little bit by the robot. Still, he should be able to get them a room on his own at the very least. He's not that clueless that he can't even do basic business on his own.

They leave the office, and supposedly follow the directions until they arrive at Tammy & Bill's live and repair.
The inn is in a rather secluded spot in the city, right next to the sea and a fair bit of distance away from any other building.

It isn't hard to tell why though, despite the colorful sign signaling it as a tavern and open for business, it looks more like a workshop with not only one but three garages and just one tiny window. In addition, there is a whole flock of birds sitting on the roof of the building which is covered in their white excrement.

Nonetheless, once they open the door they will be greeted by a male gnoll standing behind the counter which again looks more at home in a shop than a tavern. There is all sort of wacky cogs, masks and fetishes hanging on the walls, but to the inns credit there are at least some tables for guests to sit down in. "Oh..." The gnoll says, simply staring at them. "Uh, can I help you?"

Tammy & Bill's Live and Repair

Oddly proportioned seagulls aside, Titania actually feels fairly comfortable with the structure and rooms. It felt almost...human compared to the rest of the city so far(apart from the neon and advertisements). Despite being robotic in nature, she visibly begins to relax, and when asked why they're there, she gives a small inclination of her head. "The Reclamation League sent us here to spend the night until our paperwork processes." She explains.

Will is quickly distracted by all the masks and such. Mysticism is such a strange thing. And he didn't really get to experience a whole lot of magic with the Ethereals since it was all technology he didn't really understand. And half of it was lies anyway.
"Yeah, uh, that." he says, turning back to the gnoll.
