So I know vigilante modding is a big no on this forum, but does that apply to minor things? Say, someone is swearing on the forum, or using excessive formatting, or spamming with double or triple posts, etc. etc.-minor rules violations like that.

What should be done in those circumstances?

If they're evading the censor or their posts are regularly filled with swear words or swear word replacements, report and move on.

Same with excessive formatting and regular double or more posts. Report and move on.
