So yeah, I've seen this question a lot, and it always gets answered, but Iomedae help me if I can find what I'm looking for with google-foo...

I'm looking for some software that will help me build a map. The campaign I'm working on involves the PC's exploring an un-mapped island. So naturally, I want to have a map of the island, (for my own reference) and slowly reveal it as the PC's explore.

Something like the first Kingmaker adventure path would be best. where there is a hex-tile overlay on top the land map.

So if you have any suggestions, please post them!

My recommendation if you don't want to spend any money on it (or like me can't due to lack of funds) would be Inkarnate. While I haven't seen any guides or tutorials, I don't feel that it needs any.
