As this would make it mostly unusable, free actions being available only on your turn, I presume this is an immediate or a non-action. likely immediate. If errata exists, I would appreciate it - if not, this information is mostly to explain how I houseruled the spell - the question comes now:

"Counterspell attempts are otherwise handled normally, and you can counter the spell even if you do not have line of sight to the spellcaster"

Does this mean that you still need to expend, together with ending the battlemagic perception, a spell that enables counterspelling the spell in question? (i.e. any dispel magic, or the same spell as you attempt to counterspell)

They both stand on equal ground, however, the large creature looms over the smaller creature.

The advantage is called "Higher ground". With them being on "equal ground", it clearly does not apply.

I have a question about Blindsense, Abrupt jaunt and Invisibility.
Is the wizard able to abrupt jaunt in response to the opponents attack if the opponent is invisibility?

Blindsense only tells the wizard where her opponent is located. It does not give her any special ability to sense when she is about to be attacked.

Do you have to make the listen check dc by +10 to make out what is being said during the cast of a spell from an opponent the is invisible to be able to make a spellcraft check? For example casting a spell is DC 0, distance is 50ft. so its a DC5, I roll a 8. Do I get to make a spellcraft check?

You only need to be able to hear or see the spell's verbal or somatic components to use Spellcraft to identify a spell being cast.

Refer to the specific text of the spell. If the arrow must be held, worn, or grasped by a creature, the spell will say so.

Neither of those spells has such a requirement. There is merely the touch range.

A31: No. Favored in Guild gives a bonus to checks, not actual ranks.

(In theory you could do it with a combination of Primary Contact and Bloodline levels, but you would need a big chunk of feats to manage the skill boosts, the CL boosts, and the metamagic feat with only your first 3 levels.)

A35: It does not appear to be explicitly handled anywhere I can find (DMG, RC, DMGII, PHB, PHBII, MM). Without anything more specific, the RAW answer would revert to the real-world physics transparency rule. That would flag it as per round rather than per movement action: a round takes 6 seconds regardless of how many move actions you get in those 6 seconds, so you velocity (which is the element in question) does not care about the number of move actions you have.

In practice, however, if you have to cite real-world physics transparency you should really be asking your DM.

A36: Minimum forward speed does not change if your movement is reduced: it is a requirement of staying aloft, not a modifier on your movement speed.
