Igor, are really ok with this? cause we're here to have fun, not get peer-pressured by the crowd into doing things we don't want or don't find fun. because solving one person's lack of fun by making another person not have fun, is not solving the problem. No matter how much they insist that they are fine with their plans being run over, if they are not actually fine with that. If your not having fun with this, you can tell us, we can have a dramatic fight with Spoon, ok, that doesn't mean he has to die, it just needs to change the situation enough for Ishimi to have fun and participate.

Are you certain? Because you said you wanted to have Spoon have a big battle, and use the dark ring and maybe take over Meal, and all of that sounded pretty interesting. There's nothing preventing that from still happening if you want it to.

A little anti-climactic and boring that he just puts on the black ring and dies, but whatever, thats your decision, and I won't oppose it if thats how you honestly feel.

however now, we can't really use Spoon to apologize and thus clear up this mess easily, so now the threat is the mob itself full of people that we might have to fight or face, thus even though he is dead, the consequences of his actions still have an effect on the living, and thus his early death is bad for the RA in a way: now they are stuck unable to resolve the current problem as easily, thus making the mob the main threat to Vodkana. which I find interesting, that could work. After all, they don't have any proof that a dead man was lying. now we will have to solve it some other way.

Fenrir.....hm......well Masala could try challenging him to participate in the tournament, then maybe he could try to attack the tournament with his army, when he loses a fight! Then we could have a great brawl between many fighters across the world fighting his army before the tournament resumes.

or the could just take over someplace else offscreen while the tournament was happening and Masala have to foil that afterwards. there is a lot of possibilities we can work with.

as for the list, well let see, its probably best just to keep track:

if I remember, the real tournaments begin around the quarter finals when there are 16 participants remaining, so we have one-fourth of that filled. there are twelve people we can fill it with, the rest is just elimination rounds.

Not much, like, Talsaigans know that there are aliens and other worlds out there, but they aren't often visited, so alien foreigners showing up at all is notable to them. The wider galaxy knows that its this out of the way spot full of fish-people with a strange reproductive system, that it doesn't have a united planetary government and that it has these weird legends that only dedicated people even bother to look into, and that its like more watery than Earth, as well as hotter- Talsaiga has no polar ice caps for example-and that for some reason the Talsaigans haven't made much effort to get off planet.

I guess if he keeps up to date on that sort of stuff, he could totally go there, keep in mind, I don't actually have any plot for Talsaiga outside of "1. Go there 2.??? 3. Hi Lokote!". I don't even have a specific villain in mind for the Talsaigans. I'm mostly going to be presenting them as people with their own culture that has a taboo against having anything to do with Lokote or Dragon Balls, because of how he screws with the wishes he grants. So do whatever you want, I have no idea for any specific arcs for the place.

while if we decide NOT to Talsaiga it, I think thats a question better answered by igor, but I personally don't see any particular problem that might arise.
