I'm afraid that is not a possibility at this time for two reasons.

One, Las Noches is separate from VG in this iteration.

Two, since we are winding down the RP in order to finish it up, we are not accepting new characters at this time. I suppose you could play her as a minor character, but bear in mind what plots remain for her to interact with she probably won't be able to make a splash on.

Oof, yeah, sorry King I think there'd been a rumble or two about someone going out to investigate? Problem is that like Kuroi says, LN is just really slow right now. Part of the player attrition we've suffered over the course of the game.
