Etu, I would say (//quickly goes to check Inbox to make sure it's not me we're talking about//) that if you contacted them at the start of the round, contacting them again the next Weekend (half way through the round) is reasonable. After that, I'd wait till two days after the halfway mark (commonly called 'Tuesday' in North and South America, as well as other locales), at which point if they are still not responsive, I'd do another PM on 'Thursday', and then another on 'Friday', and on the final Saturday of the round, if they haven't responded, change your plans.

Unless, of course, your plans involve having them help you attack a region. Then speed up the deadline accordingly.

When I do excel tables, I have a cell with a string like this:
=CONCATENATE("[TR][Td]",B1,"[/td][td]",C1,"[/td][td]",D1,"[/td][/tr]")
This will take the data in cell b1,c1 and D1 and turn it into a row of data for posting here. That is how I do it.

For all of these War Actions going on this round - it begins! - please remember that there is a deadline for getting in attacks, and that deadline is 'the sooner the better'. Previously, Quinton chose to call it "Friday Night Before End of Round"; or roughly 36-ish hours before the end of round, to allow for the people you are attacking to respond.

This is a situation of "Don't be a d*ck". Make sure your attacks are known by those you're attacking, so that (1) they can make their decisions on what to do and more importantly (2) our new GM Zayuz can start thinking about what he's gotta do for War Actions this round. While the outcomes won't be determined until the rolls happen, it might be nice for Zayuz to be able to have the option to start writing some of the round opener stuff if he wanted to.

So. Be nice to your fellow players, and be nice to our Head GM. Don't be a duck. Quack.
