Name my Magic Sword!
My half-orc fighter is getting a magical +2 Giantslayer Greatsword repaired/reforged after it was damaged, and he's having an engraving written on the sword in Orcish. Our campaign is centered around fixing the cycle of Ragnarok and fighting frost-giants, and I'm wondering what you guys think I should put on it/name it. Any interesting ideas?

Re: Name my Magic Sword!
Jotunmorder? Not exactly a traditional name from the sagas that I'm aware of, but direct and to the point: "giant murderer".

I think, therefore I get really, really annoyed at people who won't.

Re: Name my Magic Sword!
Mjolnir comes to mind.
Using a crude Old Norse translation Dursbani roughly means Giant Death.
In modern Swedish the following means Giant Butcher/Slaughterer: Jätte-slaktare
In Finnish we have Jättiläisentappaja or Giant-slayer.
Danish gives us Kćmpe-morder: Giant-killer, or more appropriately Giant-murderer
And we've got: Jotunn-hamar as Giant-hammer.

Punjabi: Kapanī kātala

Corsican: Arma di Giganti
Dutch: Reus Slachter
