If Achoo is smart enough to compare her tale from what he met in reality, that in ideal, the Fakilshmans see themsleves as Chaotic Good kingdom- but in reality they are closer to neautral chaotic. For them laws weren't an ideal- laws were a challenging obstacle.
The Gara Slothis were lawful evil- something that made the Fakilshman to confuse lawful society with an evil society.
