Oh noes, prozac, it's almost as if no one else has never provided calming medication to me. Oh yeah, thank you for that wonderful idea that no one else has thought of. Yeah, my 3 decades of therapists couldn't think of that one. YOu should look for work.

Ps, I am neither above 30 years old, or in therapy, and have never been in a state of either.

I work very hard to remain calm, dear, very hard indeed. Over a decade of meditation and quiet contemplation helps with that.

Edit: Though, I should point out that I'm not nearly as stable as you think I am.
