Pyrom was shifting through his pockets to replace the ink when that happened. He heard some shouting and running but figured they had it under control. He then went out to find where they went.

Did I miss the chance to shoot someone in the back? Probably for the best but still always a shame to miss the chance. Pyrom says smiling and making it as clear as possible he was joking as he walks down the hallway towards him.

As the spat of drama erupted and was quickly resolved, Glint observed in silence without interfering, his unobtrusive presence ignored by his fellow initiates and the more senior students alike. It was a good opportunity to get a taste of what they were capable of. Already his distrust in the College was proving well-founded, if they were accepting students who were apparently criminals!

As Kuraia peeled off from the group and announced his intentions to explore the College grounds, Glint approached and made himself known. "I too would appreciate a bit of an... unguided tour," he murmured, gesturing with a skinny, black-plumed arm. "Lead the way... friend." Poking around alone might rouse suspicion, but no one would bat an eye at a pair of new students exploring the campus. "I caught your name already. Glinteye will do for me."

I guess you could say I specialise in evocation, or blowing stuff up. I can chuck a pretty good magic missile which you may of not seen and I am also here for dueling. He informs, and while not the whole truth its not a lie either.

Magenta leads those following her through a small maze of passageways, ending in a long hallway with doors on either side, spaced about 30' apart. "My room is the third one on the right-come on in!" she says as she heads over to it, snapping her finger as she goes. The door opens up, admitting you all in, then closes behind you.

Inside, there's a large bed with a table next to it, as well as two doors and a couch. On the couch is a small cube-about the size of a man's head-made of stone, with symbols inscribed on it. The bed has a soft, satin spread with decorative symbols, and there's a faint illumination coming from the walls. With a sigh and a snap, Magenta calls more light up, leaving the room brightly lit. "I swear, they never bother to fix the lights. They're supposed to come up automatically, unless it's late."

"So, um, Heather," she says as she opens up the door across from the entrance, revealing a small, clean bathroom and chucks the box inside, "Why would you need to cast Comprehend Languages at this moment?"
