Check this game out! Or at least give it a thumbs up.

I see. So that was why the emberhead gem was considered valuable.
    Crafting resource.
At least Pellan knows what he's dealing with,
which is a great help for winning a fight in the first place.

With the way the cloak's shown...I wonder if she regrets any of it.
That, or just feeling the cold.
Either way, I find it difficult to sympathize. [Edit: As his symbol is embossed on it in that particular panel, I suspect the latter.]

This sort of gag - character responding with a long expositionary rant that we only then find out was in response to a simple question - always amuses me.

As we all know, the first step to solving a problem is acknowledging that there is one.
Personally, I get the feeling that the coming fight will reveal more on Pellan's abilities than even he knows.
Overall, it's a wonderful comic. Thank you for sticking around, Shoreward.

Why on earth did Bortha exclaim "You're alive!" like that? I mean, yes, technically his current companion isn't, but it still seems kinda random.

So, she's either going to be ludicrously good, or hilariously bad, right? Is there anyone who thinks she will fall somewhere in the middle?

First of all, that is some interesting angle experimentation, glad to have seen it.
Second of all...we're about to find out what happens if someone touches him with the storm.
    This will be interesting.
