GMR 18 (No more new GMR!)
So. The last game kinda got away from us.
Which is a really gentle way of putting the utter cluster-**** that GMR 17 became. Two players ended up switching civs somehow, the sub for the player that dropped ended up not being able to take half their turns.
It was train wreck.
So. Back to the old GMR.
This will be a terra game for no more then 9 players on a much larger map then normal. (People felt too cramped in a normal sized for the amount of people map.)
Most of the people will be from GMR 17, but otherwise.
Join now and pick Civ's.Avatar by Honest Tiefling

Siam still, despite all the city states likely sitting somewhere unreachable for all early game in this map..
Well that was awkward.

Still here, still India. Gandhi Khan will yet crush the world beneath his sandals.
I'm okay sticking with the same map we went with last time, incidentally, I'd just forgotten what we picked and didn't realize that crowded starting locations were expected.Avatar by GryffonDurime. Thanks!

Re: GMR 18 (No more new GMR!)
If you've got room, I'd like to join. I kind of want to cheese things as Espaņa or Polynesia, but in the interest of abusing the map type less I'll go with Celts instead.

Pile up the standing stones and tune up the bagpipes, I'm in.
And I'm good with a large map, especially on Terra.Last edited by Nerd-o-rama; 2016-12-13 at 02:39 PM.

I'll go with 24 hours for now.

Hello, my name is Pedro II. I recently was directed to lead my people to fertile lands and decided I ought to keep a record of our travels. I don't know how long I will be keeping up with this, though I shall attempt to keep this story alive.
We found a suitable land along the coastline. Although there is little talk at the moment of religious fervor, the scholars suggest that these jungles around us may hold the key to our survival. I have commissioned a shrine to begin studying the benefits of jungle dwellings.Happiness is mandatory, citizen. Remember, a happy citizen is a loyal citizen.
