So those real life issues. My mother had a case of food poisoning so bad it turned into delirious-ism, and dehydration and she had to go to the hospital, and now she'll need rehab to be able to walk again.

But things have somewhat calmed down enough, I'll be putting up the turn timer when it's my turn again, or once I get a yay from everyone who's turn it is between the current player and me in turn order.

Pocahontaism's druids turned their seeing gazes to the south. Although the fogs of time obscured details, they could see that the Celtish genocide of the Brazilians was not going to be stopped.

With a heavy heart they had to look to the future, and wonder where the Celts would strike next.

The risk that they could strike at the Polish homeland was too large.

Religious communities were formed. Where young children were set to learn the craftsmenship of old. In times of war, any citizen of the faith could start making weapons and armor for the army. In times of peace this boosted the productivity of the people.

And furthermore the druid circles promised to come together to aid soldiers in times of war. These defenders of the faith would bolden any soldiers that were taking defensive actions.

We just had to hope that it would be enough.

My near term plans are to grab Jesuit education in 2 turns. Only Babylon has piety any more then opened, and they don't even have a pantheon. I'll use my decent faith production to buy a few universities for my slower cities. I will then attempt to go straight from education into acoustics. That way I can funnel policies from Poland's ability, straight into rationalism, I also expect I'll get a policy very shortly after I finish acoustics. Depending on what the Celts do though. I may need to go a more warlike tech path.

As the Polish religion grew in the minds and hearts of people, a wonderous thing happened.

The druid priests of the religion would take promising youths, and offer them a chance to study the sciences in exchange for joining the priesthood. These acts, unheard of before allowed for those to move up in the world.

If they intend to invade the city we got from Brazil, there is very little we can do about it. We are not able to protect it.

Would Poland be interested in keeping the city save from the Celts? We don't know what to do with it anyway, it was sort of just dropped on us.

I will check when I am able. (OOC When it's my turn again) But I very much doubt that I would be willing, while it has luxury resources that we do not currently have, it is so very far away. We ourselves would also be unable to defend it.

One option is to raze the city. Although I believe the Celts would simply do that anyway should they take it, and rebuild on the ruins. Much like their city of Truro.

The only suggestion I have is to just use it as a luxury depo and just build defensive building in the city. Don't let it grow much so it's a net happiness booster.
