    414) A man of incredible wealth has hired thieves and supervillains to steal pricelesss artifacts for him.

    415) A supervillain is using his DNA to create a superpower drug, and having his minions distribute it out in the streets. With this he hopes to find a worthy successor to his legacy.

    416) One individual wants to collect all the superpowered people. Will the heroes be able to escape their captor? Even if it means forming a temporary alliance with their enemies?

    417) Unbeknownst to everybody in the city, a supervillain has taken the identity of his arch-nemesis, who actually died years ago. He acts like the hero while orchestrating his master plan from behind the scenes.
[This one is so good, I think I'll use it]

    418) When a supervillain's attempts of taking over the Earth have been foiled again, he takes a different approach by going out to conquer another planet. Can the heroes stop him?

    419. A hard-working superheroine is unmasked in a moment of bad luck and is forced to retire. She asks the PCs to take over her duties until a suitable replacement is found. That's a lot of patrol areas, public speeches, ongoing investigations, charity events and rivalries to manage, as well as her rogues gallery getting ready to see if the substitutes measure up. How well can the PCs manage it all?

    420. A distinguished superhero is unmasked in a moment of bad luck and is identical to a notorious old nemesis of his. He claims that the lookalike villain was an identity he created to infiltrate the villainous underworld, but is he telling the truth? And if not, what is really going on?

    421. A vigilante is assaulting people in the bad part of town. Investigating reveals that one of the local youths has gained superpowers and is avenging an attack on a friend that left her traumatised. They have no previous criminal convictions and has stopped short of killing or crippling, but are an unstable loose cannon. What will the PCs do about the vigilante?

    422. Dr Juvenile has infected a zombie walk with a virus that turns people into clowns! Unfortunately, the virus was a bit defective and the clown population is 40% evil, 30% (allegedly) funny and 25% mentally unchanged. Can the heroes sort out the good clowns from the bad, find a cure and stop Dr Juvenile from releasing a perfected version of the virus? For bonus points, can they discover if the immature doctor was trying to create murderous mimes or eccentric entertainers with his virus?

    423. During downtime, the PCs run into Mr Deth-Rey in the bar, crying into his drink. He's wanted to be a mad scientist for all his life, but he can't pass his exam to earn his Mad Doctorate. Do the team want to help him come up with the most spectacular 'thesis statement' in recent history or will they take advantage of his current state for criminal information and free drinks?

Yeah, I'm not reading 13 pages of this. I'm just trusting this is original.

    424. A (clearly engineered) pandemic spreads overnight to an appreciable fraction (>30%) of the entire world. It's inconvenient (cold/flu type), but few die. Still, governments and people panic, heroes desperately search for the source, eventually finding and capturing/killing them (works better if the disease designer dies). Soon after his death, everybody gets better, just as quickly as they fell ill. In fact, NOBODY who had this disease is sick at all! No cancer, no malaria, not even a common cold. And then the zombie apocalypse starts. GM's choice if the zombies are the group which had the pandemic or the group that didn't. They don't even have to be undead, call them the victims of some alien virus the engineer was trying to spread/prevent. Gives you an excuse to grant enemy NPCs all kinds of weird powers too.

    13 pages?

Last I checked, there were only 7 pages in this thread so far.

    425. After losing his powers during a fight against his archenemy a long time ago, a depowered supervillain has his nooks go out and find ways that can either get him his powers back or give him new powers.

    426. A new country is created, ruled by a super-genius who offers citizens a steady income, security, and the benefits of his advanced technology. Immigration from neighboring nations is depleting their populations, and the ruler has offered to annex these neighbors, with their leadership ceding control in exchange for large cash payouts. Many of these neighbors are seriously considering the offer. This ruler appears benevolent, albeit ruthless to those who threaten him or his nation. How do the heroes respond?

    439. The Aryan, a white supremacist villain, is gathering disaffected and impoverished white youth into his new gang and is, somehow, granting them superpowers in exchange for loyalty. Their capacity for doing damage and spreading hate has reached a breaking point...

    440. The Yakuza in town have some new leadership in the form of two parahumans known as Yin and Yang. Yin is a powerful bruiser who becomes stronger as the fight goes on, and Yang provides forcefields and minor ability boosts to her allies, including Yin. The Yakuza already control much of the docks, but now their reach is extending into the city proper, and their recruitment is targeting minor parahumans...

    441. Paragon, the first and most powerful superhero, has returned from a long absence.... and immediately began attacking those he once defended. The entire West Coast has been levelled by his bizaare rage. What will our heroes do when the most powerful among them turns against them?
