I know its a bit off. Can anyone find me the OotS guide to avataring for Photoshop.

This is all I could find when I searched the forum for 'Photoshop,' and the bottom line of that thread before it died is just "Google it and find a guide to Photoshop online." There is a guide to Illustrator, which I think is included with Photoshop...then again, I may be wrong.

Sure it's tame by some people's standards, but this is the best I can do without violating my alignment or some forum rules (Speech bubbles are a pain, any guides for that would be neato).

Nice. As for guides to speech bubbles, here's one I made (30 seconds) earlier;

The Giant generally uses the pointed, straight-line, speech bubbles nowadays as a result of stylistic evolution, most people use them for when characters are yelling, and use a more curved speech bubble for typical speech. When a character is whispering you can either reduce the size of the text within the speech bubble (For dialogue the reader isn't supposed to see) or you can alter the outline of the speech bubble to be dashed.

I just use the Retangular Marquee tool to make my speech bubbles squares. And draw a triangle to connect to the talker. That seems like the easiest way.

I suppose I should start to contribute to this thing too. I'll think of something tomorrow.

I don't remember it in House of Horrors...but it is in the Belkar's Romantic Interest thread...which quickly became the repository of any unlikely/disturbing pairing.

Rayzin was kind enough to post a compilation post at the end of the thread, highlighting its best moments.
