BoP declined, Kish hasn't responded (or they declined and I already forgot), I don't have any clue who MechaFox is so knowing their new name is pretty impossible for me, I don't think Pizza even comes here anymore and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me anyway, and you jest but I actually just finished a very long PM conversation with FC which ended with him saying he's going to not be around for a while.

Sent a PM to all those others aside from Freshmeat who I've never heard of (because PMs max out at five people). Got any more names I can try so I don't send a PM just to a single person? I know there are other old pals whose names escape me at the moment (and I'm sure you know more than I). Think Chambers would play if invited?

Tome the Mime, Duneyrr, Atreyu (is very likely too busy, but doesn't hurt to ask), Chambers (again, doesn't hurt to ask), bladescape, Silent_Interim, Smuchmuch, TFT, Indarra, Cuthalion.

When desperate for players, do what I do: Go to the archives, open a recent game you either played in or narrated, and look at the player list for those you recognize.

You could radically alter the rules of the game to accommodate for a smaller group than expected like Drowlbearwolf II.
To be honest, I was planning on putting the big thing on later after that, but then all the drowlbearwolves died and so did the scientist who made them. I'm almost out of running gags anyway.

Just add additional roles to the list and let them join. You said you wanted AROUND 20 people, not that you had to have EXACTLY 20 people.

I assume that you could afford to have maybe 25 people at most, if it came to it.

As sadly as it is, counting people multiple times doesn't works so good. It was a chaotic game, to say it the least.

Day 1

In the beginning, there was nothing. Then there was the big G (Gary, who were you thinking of?)

And lo, Gary created a magnificent Tiki bar, with rum drinks and a tropical island motif. Then, as an after thought, he created tropical islands so people would know what he was referencing.

Why am I saying all this, this is backstory nonsense...

Nonetheless, Gary has gone missing. And he did warn you all with an ancient prophecy: "Brah, if I don't show up for work or something it's totally sinister happenings man. I love this place, but there are some bad dudes who want to take over and stuff."

So now some totally sinister happenings are going on, and evil must be defeated. Or something...
