By my count that's five for Avatarvecna now. If McGinty is telling the truth about her vote being voided due to claiming (and no other vote manip happens) we have a tie.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
Throughout the day, there was chaos. Accusations began to fly. Initially, it seemed that all present were ready to execute one now identified as "Duck." But it wasn't long before one lone woman spoke up and said "They've been usink me as a pawn! I might look the part, but I'm not a S.P.E.C.T.R.E. Agent, I swear!"
It was no use. Once the cat was out of the bag, there was a significant push to kill the young woman, whether she had been duped or not, few really trusted her. Debate persisted until the woman relented, and elected to fall on her sword. As she lay there dying, a voice over the loudspeaker says "Excellent. And now that it is dusk, please continue to your rooms."
Mrs McGinty was killed. (S)he was Tatiana Romanova; a Bond Girl, and an unwitting pawn of S.P.E.C.T.R.E.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
Murskafor pretty much basically lying there. Pretty sure I'm on record for being against "default plan: kill Murska night 1" and plan "kill all the active people" which are the only two reasons to claim I'm "the kind of guy" to try and kill him Night 1. Also I don't really think Mrs. McGinty's leans meant anything as they basically just fingered everyone who voted for them.
Like, I'm still not apologizing for not believing a role I've never heard of didn't really exist in this game and the only way to "prove" it would normally be a blatantly obvious excuse for letting the wolves control lynches until town woke up and realized that the wolves had some manner of vote manipulation. The entire way Mrs. McGinty went about it was the worst way to convince me it wasn't just a wolf plot.Last edited by Ramsus; 2017-04-07 at 11:16 PM.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
Yes but how many of those times were on Night 1 (and after the plans that make trying to kill you night 1 became a noticeable thing)? Probably not much, if at all.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
I thought all of McGinty's reads were reasonable.
And I rode the lynch McGinty bandwagon pretty hard yet got a strong town read from her for my troubles.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
So what you're saying is you thought she was town and yet stayed on her wagon the whole time and therefore I should be lynched because she thought I was suspicious for explaining why people were voting for her? And I'm the not sane one? At least I was voting for someone I thought was a wolf at the end of the day, not someone I thought was town. Your reason for voting for me is not even actually saying you're parroting the vote of a reason that didn't make sense in the first place.
At this point you really look like a wolf just trying to make sure there's a wagon that isn't a wolf as soon as possible and doing it in a way without ever stating your actual logic so that people can examine it for the flaws. I'll switch toBobbbecause this is an actual lead compared to Murska who just annoyed me by making a claim he has to know isn't even close to correct as an excuse to vote for me. Another suspicion point on Bobb here is that I specifically asked him for logic for his vote against me and he didn't provide any.Last edited by Ramsus; 2017-04-09 at 11:53 AM.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
Bobb was saying that Mrs. Mcginty was reading him as town as a refute of your statement that she basically just fingered everyone who voted for her.
I'm honestly dubious ofMurska, because of the combination of his defending AV as 'most likely town' when even Mrs. McG gave AV a negative lean there (this sounds way too much like a wolf trying to protect his buddy from being day one counter wagon followed by day two lynch), followed by some strange claim that "there were two nightkills but the one targeting Murska was baned so we know he's town." Which sounds way too convenient to me for it to be true.Last edited by Thematthew; 2017-04-08 at 01:32 PM.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
Oh, whoops. Read that wrong. To be fair, he wasn't super clear about what he was saying there. Ok so Mrs. Mcginty didn't finger absolutely every person who voted for her. *shrug* The rest of what I said still works and is good reason for me to be suspicious of Bobb.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
Murskabeing conveniently baned stretches the bounds of credibility a bit too far for my tastes.
Repeating the above questions.
Also Xihirli, what makes you certain there is a vigilante? Logic stated that many of the standard roles would be in place, but it doesn't guarantee a vig.
@Logic: Can we send in death scene ideas for ourselves? I have a cool idea for mine.
I'll see if I can spare the time for an RP post this weekend.Last edited by Grand Arbiter; 2017-04-09 at 11:52 AM.

Re: James Bond Werewolf: Day 1
I was informed that someone tried to kill me, but I'm not dead, so I'm assuming a bane. If a Vigilante attempted to kill me, I'd have to question their judgment - it's possible, but I can't see any reason a Town-sided player would actually do that.
As for defending AV, I did it because I think he's Town. I even explained why - he went after Mrs. McGinty too aggressively to have known beforehand that they weren't a wolf. If you think I was defending a wolf buddy, then you must think AV is a wolf regardless of whether I am while I am only wolf conditional on AV, so it makes no sense to lynch me and not AV first. I think the wolves are just a bit worried about trying to kill me and failing, and are now attempting a hasty lynch.
I don't even know how 'conveniently being baned' is grounds for lynch. Do you think the wolves have a baner and targeted themselves when the game doesn't give out any information about Banes publically? Do you think I'm lying and, if so, what is my motive? I guess I may as well claim my role's name too - I'm James Bond himself.
TheMatthewfor his wolf panic reaction lynch vote.
