Flicking her blade clean Ulva’s one good eye rapidly twitched and darted about looking for another target before locking onto the hobgoblin assaulting Rollo. Every vein in her face bulged as she surged forward glaive first. The polearm wobbled and danced through the air as if it was a runaway horse tugging on her and she steadied the weapon in the last second before cutting with it.

The rocs' beaks tore at Torg's defenses, but he barely even registered any pain. Instead, he flew away from them, wheeling around back north. He felt a bit sad about attacking the birds; they were simply doing what they were trained to do, but they were the most immediate threat to himself and Veric. He fired a glob of acid at one of the young rocs with a talon.

Fort Trevalay

From inside the tower came a loud FWOOOSH as Septimus' fireball detonated, inflicting severe burns on the four hobgoblins on the stairs and roasting a quartet of pigs alive. Panicked squealing suddenly filled the air as several of the living pigs rushed for the exit, while several tried to hide in corners. Out in the courtyard, the beleaguered Ironfang continued the fight on the ground and in the air.

“Is it hot in here or is it you?” She spastically tried to wink at the Sorcerer with only a single eye.

Inside the tower, the three tripped hobgoblins stood up, and attempted to reposition themselves while the spellcaster shouted orders in Goblin. Then he cast a spell upon himself, and began to retreat up the stairs.

As Ulva reached the top of the stairs, she was welcomed by an old-looking troll and a pair of large weasels. Outside in the courtyard, the remaining hobgoblin swung at Rollo from the ground, and the two remaining rocs moved in to harry the wolf.

Fastening the albino cap on her head with one hand, she slide her right leg side at rapid speed, placed the same hand on the floor for balance, and then spun about with her glaive hacking and slashing in rapid procession.
