Night 1 Over

The night is long, and uneasy...and for some, active. Many people leave their rooms in the night, whether to pick fights, cause mischief, or just keep an eye on things. As the hours tick bye, the footsteps echoing down the halls fade away, until everything is silent once more. As the lights start coming on again, the speakers come to life, the demented surgery Tinker's voice once more beckoning you all to the lobby.

As more and more capes shuffle into the room, you see that your younger host is waiting for you this time, the Siberian nowhere to be seen. Just as she was last night when sending you all off to bed, Bonesaw looks rather melancholy. As the crowd grows, with everybody still shaking themselves awake, you get thoughts of attacking the girl while she's alone, striking back at one of your captors while you've got the chance...and it seems you're not the only ones with such thoughts in mind. Murmurings in the crowd grow, until people start approaching Bonesaw with malicious intent.

Unfortunately for you all, the Siberian has appeared once more: the striped woman strides through the room, a body thrown over her shoulder. She doesn't seem to notice the weight at all as she returns to her ally's side, and the crowd parts before her rather than stand in her way. She deposits flat_footed in front of her young friend, and Bonesaw gives a world-weary sigh. "I really wish we could've been sisters, Panacea," Bonesaw said sadly. "We could've done such great things together, if you'd survived. Oh well...time for another day of fun and games, everybody. You managed to find one of the nine yesterday, let's see if you can keep that streak up!"

Regardless, I was voided last turn. I targeted Iceseer, so they are not a voider. (I think my ability would trump them voiding someone, but maybe not).

I was loudly suspecting Iceseer from the start, but as a quasi-Seer, I'm an easy pick for a voider to target me regardless. So I'm not sure where to go from here.

At the time, JBPuffin didn't have nearly as many votes. As even C'nor said, we weren't likely to shift the entire wagon at that point. I voted SI because that was more likely to save the important roles. After that, I wasn't on for the remainder of the day and didn't see the growing JBPuffin wagon until after the day ended.

I can tell. I just wanted to make sure that it was stated before somebody just dropped their first scry into the thread. It would not be a good thing if we had to add a seer onto the 'needs to be protected' list, especially since we just lost a baner.

Seriously, though, it looks like the Nine might have a Voider. Hatchet Face would be the obvious choice for a Nine Voider, but he wasn't on the character list, so it's probably one of the others. Maybe Mannequin, Tinkers are BS.

I just had another thought. I speculated earlier that Grue might be a Voider, and Grue and Shadow Stalker are canonically enemies. If so, Grue, that was certainly a nasty move.

Forum Explorer, were you told that you were voided or did you just not get a result from your night action? It's possible that Iceseer doesn't have a night action for you to stalk as Technetium indicated that Glory Girl doesn't have an active part of her power, Iceseer could have something similar.

Finally caught up to EVERYTHING that happened on day one, and I am wondering about Rakkoon, Silent_Interim, and technetium43. Not enough to place a vote, but enough to call these players suspicious.

Why does technetium43 stand out as suspicious? Their claim was pretty much confirmed by night one.
