Hand's Autonomy and Two-Weapon Fighting?
Hand's Autonomy says it reduces the penalties for fighting with two weapons by 2, to a minimum of -1. It also says it stacks with Two-Weapon Fighting.
Does the total penalty for fighting with a light off-hand weapon go down to -1 or zero when combining the two feats?
When using Improved TWF and Hand's Autonomy, does the second off-hand attack get the penalty reduction as well?Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed.

Re: Hand's Autonomy and Two-Weapon Fighting?
1) The minimum is -1, so that's as far down as you can get it. (If your offhand is a shield bash though, Shield Master can get that to zero.)
The main use for this feat is to help you out with dual-wielding 1H weapons rather than light weapons.
2) Yes, all your offhand attacks get a reduced penalty.Plague Doctor by Crimmy
