Mark clambers to his feet, wiping his knees free of mud.

He stares dead at the orc leader and hollers, "Surprise Motherf***ers!"

Taking a dagger from his boot he hurls it the nearest unengaged orc, then a glowing red spear bursts from his palm and striker the orc attacking Val.

Oona’s attack sends her opponent reeling back, breathing heavy but still breathing.

The fierce orc with a bone-handled sword easily dodges Mark’s knife but Val’s opponent isn’t so lucky as to dodge his glowing red spear.

Theren unleashes a fury of magical energy and drops his opponent before he can so much as cry out in pain.

The two stronger orcs with the swords seem to be a sort of squadron leader. The one who’s followers are mostly still alive gives a war cry that reverberates through the flat plain, seeming to enliven his followers. He rushes forward in an attack on Oona.

The knight lands a solid hit but his opponent remains standing.

The warg paws at the ground wanting to move forward, but it's rider keeps it in check. Then he waves his hands in the air, casting a spell.

Those with magical proficiency can see it targets and benefits the three living smaller orcs.
