Was the Clawed Spell Metamagic Feat reprinted?

As the title says. I've been looking for interesting metamagic feats to check out on a sorcerer, and I was on the angelfire site since it had a complete list. On angelfire, they only have the prereqs for the spell to be Weapon Focus Touch, but the only place i've seen it printed so far which realmhelps uses also as Ka-Tainted as a prereq as well.

Was there a reprinting of the feat that took off the need to have the LA+3 acquired ritual template? Or is angelfire just straight up wrong with what they list?

Dragon Magazine stuff is very rarely reprinted in "official source books".

Looking at the original source (Dragon 315), it's clearly indicated that the Feats supplied are only meant for "Ka-Tainted creatures".

So, I seriously doubt that Angelfire was correct.
