I was wondering, since I don't want to go through the whole process of reading the entire Dominic Deegan webcomic so far, would anyone be so kind as to give examples of the psionic powers he would have? I'm statting him out as a 3rd diviner, 3rd level telepath, 19th level cerebromancer (well he is a Marty Stu) and 10th level Mogul of Dispater (perfect for just about any Lawful Evil Magnificent Bastard). I've already given him 12 out 36 if anyone is curious.
On the issue of killer or sadistic DMs.

    That's... um, really epic.

Well, to be truthful, Dom doesn't really do traditional D&D psychic powers. He doesn't do mind control or external effects - mainly he enters mindscapes and blast things there.

So, any divining powers or anti-illusion powers would be good, as well as monitoring powers (like the cleric's Status spell) and "spider sense" abilities.

    Have fun with that.

PS - seriously, I leave the forum for a few hours, and people have degraded to innuendo? What next, alliterative puns?

Incantations known: Incantation of the Pit and Unholy Supplication.

    Enterprising (Ex): Dominic knows how
to conduct business in a way that suits his purposes. He
gains a +5 bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, and
    Sense Motive checks.

Lightning Trade (Su): At will, Dominic can use detect
thoughts in a 90 foot radius emanation (DC 22). The
emanation can either be centered on himself, on upon any
creature under the effects of pull the strings or hostile
takeover (so long as said creature is on the same plane as
Dominic). Insider trading can only be used in one location at
any one time, regardless of where the effect is centered.
Spell resistance does not apply, and because of extended trading
the ability lasts for up to 20 rounds. Dominic doesn't have to
concentrate to maintain the effect, and it only takes one round to
pick up surface thoughts; new creatures entering the effect
must save or also be affected, but once a creature successfully
saves against the effect, she is immune to it for 24 hours.

Corporate Bid (Su): Dominic can make a suggestion
(DC 22) to every creature that fails its save against insider
trading, to a maximum of 12 creatures per day.

Hostile Takeover (Su): 1/day, Dominic can use dominate
monster (DC 22) on any creature that has failed its save
against his insider trading ability. Caster level 22nd.

Economics of Extortion (Su): 2/day, Dominic can generate
greater profit from his interactions with others. He
can increase the save DC on insider trading or pull the
strings by +3. Alternatively, he can triple the duration of
all uses for insider trading for the day.

Mind of Steel (Ex): Dominic gains a +10 bonus on all
    saves against mind-influencing effects.

Pull the Strings (Sp): 2/day, any creature that has
failed its save against insider trading can be affected by
pull the strings if it fails another Will save (DC 31). An
affected creature is under the effects of a geas, as determined
    by Dominic. Caster level 20th.

Member of the Board (Su): Dominic is one of the most
trusted servants of Dispater. As a Member of his Board he
is immune to all mind-influencing effects as per the mind
blank spell; this immunity does not extend to mind-
influencing effects originating from Dispater and his
    higher-ranking servants.
As an expression of the power that Master Dominic has
risen to, he is able to use Insider Trading at will; furthermore,
the effect can be centered on any creature under the effects
of Pull the Strings or Hostile Takeover, so long as said
creature is on the same plane as the mogul. Insider
Trading can only be used in one location at any one
time, no matter where the effect is centered.

*Instead of giving Dominic a brand new familiar, this version of Improved Familiar gives the creature (Spark) the ability to speak earlier and a +4 to intelligence.

I gave Dominic ranks in Crast (alchemy) out of my theory that he drugged Jayden and Siggy into having the "affair". So, what does everyone else think? I also left his spell slots blank because I couldn't figure out what spells he would mostly use. Any non-core spell suggestions would be welcome. Simply give the spell's level, school and a brief description.

He needs to have object reading as one of his powers known (via expanded knowledge). I'd give him psychic chiurgery as well, given his forays into the minds of Gregory and Szark.

Just out of curiosity, why did you stat him as a Telepath instead of a Seer?

Ahem. Sorry. Just a query, did you read the last 10 or so pages of this thread? If not then I will explain.

In the last 20 pages of the thread, we've made Dominic out to be a... well.. I can't really explain it. Can someone else explain why this is funny to Edandor?

    I'll give it a shot.

Dominic's intent is to become supreme ruler of the world! by manipulating and destroying all who oppose his righteous power.

Not in this thread, he's not. For the past month or so, we've been focusing our efforts on reinterpreting the comic such that Dominic Deegan is the unholy God-Emperor of his world, capturing and brainwashing all dissenters into loyal followers. Karnak is the greatest hope for the world: Celesto seeks to destroy it and start over (rather costly, but acceptable if there's no other option), and Jacob currently cares only for himself (though I have confidence he will move to overthrow his brother eventually... but will it be too late?).

Did I say "hope"? I meant "threat"! Yes, Karnak is the greatest threat to the world! No! Please, Lord Dominus! I did not mean to imply that anything could threaten you! No! Not Aberghast Cathedral! I have a son, Lord Dominus! Take him instead! Aaargh!

Just out of curiosity, why did you stat him as a Telepath instead of a Seer?
Well, Dominic sees other sentient beings as his personal puppets, so telepathy fits his personailty. Also telepaths have sense motive, diplomacy, bluff and intimidate as class skills. A minimum of 9 ranks in sense motive and diplomacy and 12 ranks in bluuf and intimidate are needed to qualify for Mogul of Dispater. Also a picture of Gates of Hell Dispater illustrated by one of its authors can be found here. Official Gates of Hell Dispater is a Wizard (abjurer) 10/ Psion (seer) 10/ Cerebromancer 20, after 40 "racial" hit dice and is of medium size.
