    Default Blood Wind and Blade Storm (3.5)

    The spells Blood Wind (Spell Compendium, page 33) and Blade Storm (Spell Compendium, page 30) appear to be quite a good match at first glance.

    Blood Wind
    ...
    The subject can take a full attack action to use all of its natural weapons or unarmed strikes as if they were thrown weapons with a 20-foot range increment. The subject gestures as if making a melee attack, but the result of the attack affects a target within range. This spell does not actually grant reach, and so does not help provide a flanking bonus or allow the subject to make attacks of opportunity at any range greater than normal.

    Blade Storm
    ...
    After casting blade storm, you can take a full-round action to make one attack with each melee weapon you are currently wielding against every foe within reach. If you wield more than one weapon, or a double weapon, you can attack each foe once with each weapon or end, using the normal rules for two-weapon fighting (PH 160).

    Would you be able to take a full round action to make one attack with each natural weapon or unarmed strike you have against each enemy within your (thrown) range?

    If not, is it due to: two different full-round actions being required; the "this spell does not actually grant reach" clause; or both?

    My initial thought is that, if it were to be illegal, it would be from the full-round action limitation.

    However, since both spells have a duration of 1 round, requiring you to cast one in the round before with the Extend Spell metamagic feat, I don't think it'd be too overpowered to houserule it in.

    The "does not actually grant reach" pretty clearly shuts down those two spells working together; and that looks like both RAW and RAI. You're asking for homebrew munchin at this point.

    No

    Reason: You can't walk through the front door and back door at the same time. Both abilities grant you separate named options rather than modify the same option. (Similar but different from the "requires two full round actions" theory)

    Whether I convert them into a version that would stack depends on the rest of the character.

    Blood wind let's you make attacks as if your natural weapons we're thrown weapons and explicitly does not grant reach.

    Bladestorm let's you attack everyone within your melee reach.

    There is no interaction between the two by RAW. Blood wind doesn't increase your reach and bladestorm doesn't let you make attacks with thrown weapons. I'm pretty sure that's RAI too.
