    Default Faking Telekinetic leap

I have a Warlock|Paladin changeling. PP is Evermeet Warlock
He's been posing as a Githyanki for a while as part of his backstory.
what's the best way for him to imitate the Githyanki Telekinetic leap? Best being (in priority order) convincingly does the job, low investment required, nice perks.
Needs to be effective at 11th level but could have been built for before-hand if needed.

Should it matter for multi-class. strength is dumped, Cha is pumped and Con and Int aren't too shabby
I love playing in a party with a couple of power-gamers, it frees me up to be Elan!

What springs to mind ... heh ... is the level 2 wizard utility jump. Like telekinetic leap and unlike most other jump-ish powers, it can be used on someone else. Sorcerous sirocco (2nd-level sorcerer utility) is a closer match to how the TK leap would look, but it takes a standard action instead of a move action. Either way, MCing and powerswapping will do the job. Or if you can nab a level 8 Corellon's boon of arcane might, you can get either of those powers (once a day) without spending two feats.

Practiced Killer ought to be a really good entry feat for you - gets you ki focuses+bonus skill+free damage once a combat. No prereqs. And that then sets up this power swap:
Ghost of the Rooftops - make a long jump or climb, up to speed, no check necessary, at-will, move action.

Also lets you get Cursed Shadow with a feat, so you get Shadow Walk

Get shadow walk; the ability to have concealment in broad daylight is awesome.

You can hide behind a corner, then walk right by a guard.

A hybrid warlock has two ways to get Shadow Walk. You can select it with Hybrid Talent feat, or you can multiclass to Assassin (either executioner or vanilla) and take the feat Cursed Shadow from Dragon Magazine 385.

Practiced Killer has no Dex requirement, grants ki focuses+1/encounter damage on a hit, and a skill. Cursed Shadow just simply requires being both Warlock & Assassin. And as noted, the power swap does exactly what you want and probably more - jump at will at speed+throws in climb too.
